§ 13.08.660. Setting fees by resolution and amendment of Chapter by ordinance.

A.

The City Council shall at least annually review the fees to be charged by the City as required in this Chapter and shall by resolution set the fees and/or fee rates to be charged as required by this Chapter for the period until a new fee resolution is adopted.

B.

The City Council may amend this Chapter by ordinance of the City Council in the manner governing the adoption or ordinances.
