§ 13.20.262. Sampling and analysis—Fee—Billing.

A.

Sampling and analysis shall be at the expense of the user. The actual cost for laboratory analyses and reports and an administrative fee, shall be the obligation of the occupants of the premises where the wastewater is created or discharged.

B.

The administrative fee shall be fixed by the City Manager based on the City's current overhead cost allocation percentage.

C.

The expense to be paid by the user shall be billed and be payable the same as for other sewer-use charges.
