§ 13.20.320. Permit duration and duty to reapply.

Permits shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed two years for Class I and Class II permits, and shall identify the permit expiration date. The user shall apply for a permit reissuance a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiration of the user's existing permit.

Permits shall be issued for a time period not to exceed five years and shall be stated to expire on a specific date. The user shall have the duty to reapply a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiration of the said user's existing permit
