It is unlawful for any person, persons, firms or corporations to transact, engage
in, run, maintain, carryon or conduct, within the City, any business, trade, profession,
exhibition, or occupation in his, her or its name, or as agent or agents for any other
person, persons, firms or corporations, without first procuring from the City a license
or permit therefore.
