§ 5.20.010. Fiscal year for payment of licenses.

The fiscal year for the payment of licenses shall be from July 1 to June 30 of the succeeding year. When the licenses provided by this title are fixed at so much per year, they shall be for the full year, except that new operations commencing after January 1 may obtain a half-year license. The fee shall be 50 percent of the normal yearly license fee, all fees payable in advance.
