§ 5.20.060. Public utility operating under franchise—Exemption.

Any public utility operating in the City which is required to make payments under a franchise agreement with the City, providing they do not engage in retail business other than the sale of the commodity for which they are franchised, is exempt from the license fees imposed by this title.
