§ 13.20.205. Authorization for new or increased pollutant discharges or changes in the nature of pollutant discharges.

It is unlawful to commence, increase, or substantially change any discharge of wastewater to the POTW except as authorized by the Director in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The City may deny or condition new or increased contributions of pollutants, or changes in the nature of pollutants, to the POTW by industrial users where such contributions do not meet applicable pretreatment standards and requirements or where such contributions would cause the POTW to violate its NPDES permit
