§ 13.20.207. Record keeping.

  • Each permittee shall retain records of all monitoring activities, including documentation associated with best management practices. Such records shall include for all samples:

    a.

    the date, exact place, method, time of sampling and the name of person or persons taking the samples;

    b.

    the dates analyses were performed;

    c.

    who performed the analyses;

    d.

    the analytical techniques or methods used; and

    e.

    the results of the analyses.

    All calibration and maintenance records and all original chart recordings for continuous monitoring instrumentation, copies of all reports required by the permit, and records of all data used to complete the application for the permit, for a period of at least three years from the date of the sample, measurement, report or application. This period may be extended by request of the Director at any time.

    All records that pertain to matters that are the subject of special orders or any other enforcement or litigation activities brought by the City shall be retained and preserved by the permittee until all enforcement activities have concluded and all periods of limitation with respect to any and all appeals have expired.
